Can my company purchase by raising a PO?

The quickest method to make a purchase is using our secure on-line transactions. However you can send a purchase order and we will raise an invoice and then make the delivery when the money is received.

Can we wire money to your bank or send a cheque?

You can wire funds directly into our UK account. The amount should be net of all charges imposed by your bank. You can also post a cheque in US dollars.

What currency do we send a cheque in?

All transactions are normally in US dollars. For larger purchases we can offer transactions in other currencies. Please contact Sales to discuss your requirements.

What security do you have in place for taking credit card details over the internet?

We carry out all transactions using WorldPay who are one of the leading processors of on-line payments and offer outstanding levels of security. Baycastle do not keep a record of your credit card details.

Are free upgrades included with the purchase?

All minor upgrades are free of charge. If for example you purchase version 2.1 you will get a free upgrade to any future versions with a change to the second digit, such as 2.1, 2.5 and so on.

What is the charge for upgrading from version 1.x?

A charge is made for an upgrade from version 1 to version 2. please see details of the prices.

How will the software be sent to me?

A small licence file will be sent to you by email along with complete instructions on howe to register your licence. Please ensure when ordering that you enter the correct email address. Delivery will be within 2 working days, but is normally by return.

I have made a purchase, but have not received a licence key!

Please check that the email address you used when making the purchase was correct. Delivery is made with 2 working days, but is normally immediate. If 2 days have passed and you have not received your key please contact Sales, quoting the transaction details.
