¹ The initial configuration of Net-Cabinet will prompt users to enter Tags in a number of classifications: Author, Contact, Doc Type, Project, Class and Keywords. These Tag Titles can be modified to suite your needs, for example adding a Tag for Matter, Tax Year or Region. These Tag Types can be defined for example to be free-text, picking from a constrained list, a date or a number.

² If you expect to have more than 50,000 documents in the repository you may be best advised to use SQL Server for improved performance. The free SQL Server Express and the licensed editions of SQL Server can be used.
