Is a tablet a big phone?

What is the real differance between a phone and a tablet?

What differant features do I need in my phone and tablet?

We argue that there is really no differance at all apart from size and that manufacturers do not add the phone circuitry to tablets. Most uses of a tablet can equally be served by a smartphone, but perhaps in some cases not as well because of size.

Following on from this iot is our view that the same operating system should be used for both. Android is winning this battle, but iOS is another example. So what are Microsoft doing?

For the above reason we are also planning the same move to thin-client and specific tablet support in Net-Cabinet. Net-Cabinet is a simple EDMS or file management tool. Have a look today.

All major releases of Baycastle products will be thin-client able to used on Linux, Android, Mac OS and Windows. Here at Baycastle we have decided that DataSlave 3 will be thin client. Data Import has never been simpler. Modern thin-client tools allied to some innovative design thinking has generated an ETL tool for the 21st century.
